Watauga County Farmers' Market

Joan and Henry Knox have become quite popular at the Farmer's Market and around the High Country. They produce sourdough bread from the finest ingredients available in flavors ranging from cinnamon-raisin to jalapeño. Generous free samples are handed out at this booth; the Knoxes know that once shoppers taste their products they won't stay away for long.

Henry and I love the Watauga County Farmers Market. We love our customers, old and new. It makes all of the hard work we do worthwile when we see how everyone enjoys our products. We insist on quality, because without quality there will not be quantity. We are excited about our new season (2008) and hope to introduce a few new products.
